Ordering and Payment

2.1. Order Acceptance. When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer at any time before your order is accepted by us.
2.2. Payment. You must pay for your order in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and China UnionPay. You must provide valid payment information to us and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.
2.3. Shipping and Delivery. We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated delivery time provided on the Site. Returns and Refunds

3.1. Return Policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased, we will credit your account with 100% of the cash value that you paid for the item at the time of ordering (including shipping costs). Please contact our customer service within 21 days of receiving your item and include images of the defect or quality issue.
