2. Android – the name of the voice recording app varies, so look for Voice Recorder, Recorder, or Sound Recorder.

Ideally MP3, but we should be able to accommodate most formats if needed. Please contact us if you encounter any issues and we would be very happy to help.

We print whatever file quality we receive, so it is very important to send us the highest resolution image file you have available. A photo file that looks good on a small phone screen may not look equally clear when printed in a large format. If we spot that the file resolution is problematic, we will let you know.
