If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased, we will credit your account with 100% of the cash value that you paid for the item at the time of ordering (including shipping costs). Please contact our customer service within 21 days of receiving your item and include images of the defect or quality issue.

3. How do I track my order?

We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped, which you can use to track your package on the carrier's website.

6. How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and provide a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item for a refund.

7. How do I record audio on my phone?

1. iPhone - you will find the Voice Memos app in your app list. It may be in a folder labelled "Extras" or "Utilities." Simply tap the red record button in the app to record any audio.
2. Android - the name of the voice recording app varies, so look for Voice Recorder, Recorder, or Sound Recorder.

8. What audio file formats do you accept?

Ideally MP3, but we should be able to accommodate most formats if needed. Please contact us if you encounter any issues and we would be very happy to help.

9. What image file formats do you accept?

We support JPEG, PNG, or HEIC photo-files. The files must be larger than 400KB and smaller than 100 MB.

10. Will my image print in high resolution?

We print whatever file quality we receive, so it is very important to send us the highest resolution image file you have available. A photo file that looks good on a small phone screen may not look equally clear when printed in a large format. If we spot that the file resolution is problematic, we will let you know.

7. Why do you charge to host my audio file?

All cloud storage comes at a cost and by charging our customers a small annual fee per file, we can cover these ongoing costs and provide a reliable, high-quality service far into the future.

3. There are many ways to share your audio file with us, however, the simplest is to share the file with yourself by email, then download it to your laptop, and then upload to our site from there. Alternatively, send the file straight to us by email with your name and image file and we can sort it out for you.
